1. Who we are

Wedit ("Wedit", "we", "us") provides AI-powered wedding video editing software. Wedit is operated by Ido Golan, Israel. Contact: ideweq@gmail.com.

2. The service

Wedit lets professional videographers upload raw wedding footage and receive edited films (highlight films, full-length films and social reels). Processing happens in the cloud; results are delivered back to you in the Wedit desktop application.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials safe. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old, and you must have the legal right to upload the footage you process with Wedit.

4. Purchases and credits

Wedit is sold per wedding: each purchase adds credits to your account which are consumed when a wedding is successfully processed. Failed runs do not consume credits. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

5. Your content

Footage you upload remains yours. We process it only to deliver the service to you, and we do not sell it or use it to train models without your permission. You are responsible for having the necessary rights (including from the couple and any music rights) to the material you upload and to the films you deliver.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Wedit for unlawful content, don't attempt to reverse-engineer or resell the service, and don't upload content that infringes the rights of others.

7. Availability and beta features

Parts of Wedit are offered in beta and may change, break or improve quickly. We do our best to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wedit's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Always keep your original footage — Wedit is not a backup service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continuing to use Wedit after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
