Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Wedit. By creating an account, making a purchase or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. About Wedit

Wedit provides professional wedding video editing software and related services. Wedit is based in Israel. You can contact us at info@wedit.ai.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in details and all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. The service

Wedit enables professional videographers to create edited wedding films from content they provide. Available products, features and supported formats may change as the service develops. We may improve, replace or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

Per-wedding purchases remain available. Each eligible purchase adds the stated credit to your account, and a credit is consumed when the corresponding project is successfully processed. A failed processing attempt does not consume a credit.

Checkout and payment processing are handled by our authorised payment provider and may be subject to its buyer terms. Prices, taxes and the total amount due are shown before payment. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and any mandatory rights that apply to you.

All access is $200 USD per month, billed automatically each month, with unlimited weddings and all available Wedit tools for one account. Reels is included when available. Account sharing and resale of access are not permitted; delivering your films to clients is permitted.

The launch offer is available to new subscribers through September 30, 2026, unless withdrawn earlier. Ending the offer does not end a paid month. Cancel through Manage subscription in the app to stop the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Any future price or plan change will be communicated before it applies, with time to cancel before renewal. Existing film credits remain in your account.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the video, audio and other material you provide. You give Wedit the limited permission needed to process, store and deliver that content solely for operating and supporting the service. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except where limited retention is required by law, security needs or routine backups.

You confirm that you have all rights, permissions and consents needed to use the content with Wedit and to deliver the resulting films. This includes any permissions required from clients, people shown in the footage and music rights holders.

6. Your responsibility for results

You are responsible for reviewing each result before publishing, sharing or delivering it to a client. Wedit does not replace your professional judgement or responsibility for the final film.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Wedit to:

• Break the law or violate another person's rights.
• Upload harmful, unlawful or unauthorised content.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the service.
• Copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Wedit reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates or events outside our control. Some features may be identified as beta or preview features and may change more frequently.

9. Storage and backups

Wedit is not a permanent backup service. You must keep your own copies of original footage, audio and completed films. We may apply reasonable storage limits or remove content from inactive projects after giving notice where practical.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Wedit at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create a security risk or use the service unlawfully. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wedit is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties that cannot reasonably be guaranteed for an online service. Wedit is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Wedit products during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, our business or applicable law. We will post the updated terms and revise the date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice where required.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in another court.
